Lose Weight - Ideal Body Fat %

Hypnosis for weight loss is a great thing, but having an Elite Personal Trainer for your hypnotist provides a unique opportunity to acquire attitudes that make sense and are truly welcomed by your body and mind.

We offer tried and tested many times on different body types, various metabolic rates, and fitness levels, proven methods to become and stay slim.

LETTING GO OF UNWANTED WEIGHT WITH HYPNOSIS IS HEALTHY, PLEASANT, AND PERMANENT

There are people among us who love to be healthy, vibrant, and have natural appetite for just the right food; they enjoy physical activity, peace of mind take for granted, and wouldn't waste one day of their life. How do they do it? - Effortlessly. That is how they are. THAT IS THEIR NORMAL SET OF ATTITUDES IN ACTION.

WITH HYPNOSIS, YOU CAN BECOME NATURALLY SLIM, by changing your attitudes.

Eating healthy means to eat what your body needs. When somebody takes care of their car, they are very careful to "feed" it fuel, not for example pop, and just the right grade of fuel; and when giving it oil, they never would double the amount, or give the wrong oil. If they did that, the car will not be able to function properly.

But many people do it to themselves with ease, eating all sorts of things that their body doesn't need, just hoping the body will be able to handle it, that somehow, it's O.K.
Well, it isn't.

Almost all food is a source of free radicals, which damage cells in our body, speed up aging process, and cut on our life span. In our best interest then is to eat not more than we need to.

We need all the necessary nutrients, in the right amount, and when they needed. Anything over that, even the healthy food, is an excess that our body is going to try to store as fat. Of course, if the problem is not (only) the amount, but other properties of the food, damage specific to the kind of problem substance eaten will result.

Most people who strive to reduce their body fat, know a lot about proper nutrition and exercise, but feel like something is sabotaging their perfect plan of action. This "something" might be a bad habit.

When changing a habit without using hypnosis, a person has to keep repeating the new behavior using (his/her) will power, until the new behavior becomes stronger then the old one.

We all know how will power can fluctuate; it changes with our emotions, and physiological states. Using hypnosis, we can introduce desired changes directly in the subconscious mind, and overpower that old habit within a few sessions.

Sometimes overeating plays positive role in taking care of an important need. But there is always more appropriate way of addressing that need: When an appealing alternative is found, LETTING GO OF UNWANTED WEIGHT IS AS EASY AS PUTTING IT ON WAS.

Bad Habits

smoking, unhealthy eating, nail-biting, bedwetting (enuresis), thumb-sucking, procrastination, shyness, stammering, stuttering, worrying, etc.

Very generally speaking, we have the conscious and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is engaged in creating responses to new situations, in creating the "program" for a new behavior. For example, when someone is learning how to drive a car, (he/she) have to consciously make every decision involved in the process of driving; (he/she) needs to pay attention to, notice, and become aware of all pertinent information.
When using your conscious mind like that, it's easy to notice, that it has limited capacity: You can do only certain number of things at a time.

Most of the time, we multitask. It would be quite impossible, if we had to do it all consciously. For example, a mother carrying a baby, walking, talking to her friend, interacting using facial expressions with the baby, ...

That is why, when the “software" for a new behavior (like driving) is ready, it becomes a part of the subconscious mind, and available as an automatic (habitual) behavior. The conscious mind is freed to attend to a new learning, and a person can multitask, because a few automatic behaviors can be "run" at the same time.

This scenario would be almost perfect, if it wasn't for the fact, that once we form a habit, it is very difficult to modify it with a conscious effort. Like, when someone learned how to drive from a driver who tended to apply (his/her) own rules, and then would try "to play by the book" to pass the driving exam; or when someone would like to try to start walking in some new way. This is simply because a new, forming behavior just cannot compete in strength with a habitual one.

Fortunately, there are ways to introduce a new behavior directly into the subconscious mind, and in such a way challenge a bad habit with adequate strength.

In most circumstances, it is a rapid process, and commonly after hypnosis, you just feel relaxed, uplifted, and simply great!

Stress, Anxiety

The complex reaction of an organism, which switches to higher gear in response to actual or anticipated higher demand for resources, is called stress. We need to address all those more demanding situations, so we do need stress.

A problem arises when stress lasts to long without an opportunity for regeneration for all participating systems. Replenishing of the resources takes place when we relax or sleep, and when the body is being supplied with all the needed nutrients.

Having demanding lives, in order to secure adequate time for rest, we have to be truly wise about responding with stress.
The ideal situation would be if one could produce just the right stress level, and only when needed. (That would be in opposition to being stressed just in case; somewhat along the line of thinking: "My life is stressful. I better be ready at all times.")

At the very center of somebody's stress response system, is that person ability to tolerate uncertainty. We just never are in the position to know for sure what is going to happen. Many people respond to it with anxiety, or generic stress; just unspecified readiness for some action.
Such a state keeps exhausting their bodies and minds, and if persistent, will lead to malfunctions of specific systems. If the situation continues, the harmony of cooperation between multitudes of systems in the human body gets distorted. The person experiences something like having (his/her) IQ reduced by a huge percentage, accompanied by an unending sequence of medical conditions.

The process of regaining that necessary balance is complex. Needles to say prevention is the best approach here.

Confidence is a great helper in tolerating uncertainty. People, who trust their ability to handle situations, will not raise their stress level in anticipation, but only in the actual situation.

Here are a few more tips on how to reduce that generic stress level:
Write down your tasks and plan for them. Don't keep them all in mind at all times, because that would contribute to your anxiety (and stress) level.
Dedicate certain time for worrying. Maybe have a jar to put worries in.
Live behind experiences that you don't need to dwell upon any more.
When frustrated, identify the obstacle and decide if it's possible to find a solution. If yes, be truly honest with yourself and decide if you are willing to make the effort, spend the time, and contribute whatever resources are needed. If not, treat it as if it was impossible: give it up and let go of it (the sooner the better).
Beware of the Zeigarnick effect describing the fact that not finished projects keep us busy on some level, which produces anxiety.
Take time for yourself every day for non-goal oriented activities.
Get enough sleep.
Exercise regularly.
Take a hot bath, go to a steam room, or sauna (if not contraindicated by a medical condition).
Eat healthy. Eat what your body needs.

Sometimes it happens that somebody offends us badly. Some people would react to it by being stressed and feeling terrible for months, just to show that horrible person how deeply they got hurt, just how bad it was.
Everybody, who considers this way of fighting it, please notice, that it would be you stressed for a very long time, with all the accompanying consequences.

Some of the pieces of advice given above might seem much easier said than done. Often, consciously knowing what would be the smart thing to do, we find ourselves straggling with feeling compelled to behave differently. That often is the result of lack of alignment of what we want consciously, with what we want on our subconscious level. Like when somebody knows that should stop smoking, but that old strong habit just thrives in (his/her) subconscious, proving stronger than any conscious decision.
That is where hypnotherapy is such a good way to go, because it helps to achieve that conscious-subconscious agreement in a fast and lasting manner.

Letting go of the Past

Some experiences seem to weigh too much, and affect areas of life or time where they don't belong to such extend, or at all. Because of that, they influence a person's choices in an undesirable way, stand in the way of new opportunities, and distort (his/her) reality. "Letting go of them" feels like being granted a fresh start, openness for a true experience.

Trauma

Some painful experiences may continue to have bearing on somebody's life years after their occurrence, even if the person doesn't remember them. Emotional reaction to that event seems to be frozen in time: for example, a forty year old still feels about it the same way (he/she) reacted as a five year old. That five year old on the forty year old timeline still needs heeling, so the forty year old may be able to go on with (his/her) life. The forty year old has the experience of thirty five more years to offer to help the child. With hypnotherapy, it is possible for that adult to lovingly help the child, and always be there for (him/her).

That is just one scenario of hypnotherapeutic intervention for healing difficult past.

Psychologically Based Symptoms

Certain physiological situations like fainting, constipation, lack of energy, compulsive behaviors, etc., may have its origin in a specific difficult experience. Usually, when the mechanism behind that particular symptom is uncovered, the symptom is not being used any more. Providing healing for the experience that was the source of the problem is essential. Appropriate hypnotherapeutic intervention offers both.

Pain Relief

It is a common observation that sometimes a person doesn't react with pain in circumstances which would be perceived as painful by most people. It might be in a situation, when someone is trying to help others first, not noticing (his/her) own injury.

Our body can do it: is able not to react with pain, or modify the intensity of the sensation, by employing certain mechanisms to do so.

Those mechanisms can be triggered, too with appropriate visualizations.

In some cases, the source of pain is unclear. It may be that the pain is a symptom (not medical) and finding its cause sets a person free.

Fear, Phobia, and Panic Attack

Generally speaking, fear may be reaction to a dangerous situation, phobia feels like fear but is triggered by situation or object that are not perceived as dangerous by most people, and panic is one of the two at their highest intensity.

Fear is generated in evolutionary older part of the brain, and can do without the newest addition, the cortex, or the part of the brain which enables our thinking.

When a person is very afraid, (his/her) field of perception narrows down, and decision making comes down to a "fight or flight".
In such a state of mind, no rational arguments have a chance to change the situation.

There are methods used in hypnotherapy that help to deactivate particular fear reaction, so an opportunity for making an informed decision opens up for the person.

If putting up a fight is what someone needs to do, changing how they approach it from "fear" to "challenge" makes all the difference.
When someone feels challenged, (he/she) makes all resources available: focuses clearly on the task, thinks faster, more precisely, notices and takes into consideration important aspects of the situation, adapts to situation on the go, and acts swiftly and decisively.

Depression

A depressed person has the unfortunate opportunity to notice, how many things one needs to do even if it's only in order to just take basic care of (him/her) self. It may feel like you have to use your will power, to perform behaviors that used to be run automatically or almost automatically, like brushing your teeth, walking, having a small talk with someone, playing with your kids.

It seems almost like for a deeply depressed individual it takes an effort to stay alive, without much cooperation of all those subconscious systems that normally would take care of most things, without us even realizing it is happening.

And there is lots to do, being it running processes in our bodies (when everything runs in a smooth balance way, we are healthy), performing behaviors, or organizing information into functional structure of reality.

That inner spontaneous desire to live seems to have lots to do with someone's looking forward to certain experiences.

When you know where you want to get, everything you are made of supports you in your undertaking in unison and all things just seem to fall in the right places. You have the vision, energy, motivation, clarity of mind, determination, joy, confidence, strength, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and inner resources just seem to multiply to whatever extend you dare to ask for them.

Depressed people for some reason don't look forward to their future.

It is commonly known that the brain of a depressed person shows certain chemical imbalance.

Some illnesses produce such a condition in the brain, which in turn results in the person feeling depressed.

On the other hand, depression brought upon by difficult experience, produces very similar physiological situation in the brain.

Medication may help with normalization of the physiological processes.

Addressing the experience that keeps someone hostage in a place of despair, or indifference, takes care of the root of the problem.

Life Coaching, Personal Growth

We all seek to create experience in our life in a way that gives us opportunities for the learning we are looking for, and to manifest our presence in this world in a way that seems to fulfill us.

You may attune to your Higher Self and in the pristine calmness of your eternal Spiritual Being, look for guidance and direction.

You may slow down a little, to have a good look at your life, and how it feels. Are there dreams, desires, calls, talents, or inspirations that you need to attend to? Or maybe there is a feeling like something is missing, or that you don't even dare to let yourself know how are you doing, but you are pretty sure it doesn't feel right.

Do you feel spiritually centered?

Are you taking good care of your body? Notice how important your body is in every aspect of the quality of your life; how healthy lifestyle translates into the quality of your thoughts, actions, and experiences.

Sometimes, it is the way we perceive reality that makes things difficult. Not only habits become rigid. Many of our convictions and attitudes, once formed, seem to live lives of their own, hardly influenced by new experience or information. Sometimes it is to our advantage, but when that is not the case, proper intervention can bring a lot of relief and healing.

A good hypnotherapist would help you recognize the culprits, and then would take you through a process of replacing the damaging attitudes with ones that you can benefit from.

Personal growth is supported by a healthy relationship with your past. Hypnotherapy may help you to resolve emotional conflicts, heal your younger self on your timeline; empower yourself with your past: make the positive experience stronger and easy to recall, and taking away the emotional charge and strength from bad experience.

Emotional Healing

On our quest for happiness, we rely on our emotional intelligence. We can improve it by learning certain skills, for example how to use hurt or anger in a positive way; How to forgive others and forgive yourself. We may ask questions that provide guidelines: What does it take to enjoy your social and family life more?
What can we do each day for emotional healing, balance and fulfillment? We may ask about it our emotional being when in hypnosis, and move forward with a strong feeling deep inside that we follow our heart.

Confidence

Being self-confident is not about being sure that everything always is going to turn out the way you want. A person's reality is built up of informed guesses; (his/her) future lies all in the domain of possibilities. Concluding here that it is a human thing to err is just redundant (So if you stop expecting yourself to be perfect either at home or at work that would be reasonable.)

This general life scenario being similar for everybody, some people manage to be much more confident than others. How do they do that? Here are a few hints:

When you decide to do something, always imagine yourself succeeding. When you already have succeeded in your imagination, your body responds by walking taller, speaking more clearly, creating all this air of confidence and competence around you. That in turn has other people treating you as a confident person, so you match up your behavior to their expectation. It is the same mechanism that makes "When you can't make it, fake it" work: When you are in a situation that you wish you were more confident, just pretend that you are.

Learn relaxation techniques. That will put you in charge of your stress level; or will allow you to take breaks for regeneration of your resources if a stressful situation has to last for a longer period of time. Knowing that you can relax whenever you wish to boosts your self-confidence, too.

Keep developing your skills and knowledge. That reduces uncertainty.

Work on your thinking styles. "I am smart", "I am capable", "I did so well in a few similar situations, so why not in this one" is a type of thought that you would benefit from. Whereas the self-defeating style: "I will never be able to do that", "I never seem to get anything right" will just work as self-fulfilling prophecies.

When you have the urge to remind yourself what you have done wrong in your life, be very specific about it. Narrow it down to the particular situation when it happened. Don't generalize from there. So instead of saying 'I am a loser", say that you didn't succeed in that certain situation. Avoid dwelling on your shortcomings.

If you are experiencing difficulty it might be because you haven't learnt how to do something yet. When you don't get the outcome you expected, calling it a mistake would take you nowhere. Name it a feedback, learn from it, and correct what you do in order to obtain that desired outcome. Check again what you have got. Repeat if needed. And remember, in every learning process, confusion proceeds clarity.

Put things in perspective. It is very rarely "now or never".

When your internal voice is negative, or critical, try to make it sound ridiculous, maybe like a cartoon character.

Avoid comparing yourself to others. There is no one in the world that is the best in everything. If you compare yourself to people who are the best in some area, you always end up feeling bad. .

Remember things you are good at. Always feed on your success: recognize yourself, credit yourself for them, enjoy them, remember and recall them.

Focus less on yourself Forget about yourself (So don't check if you are feeling confident). Always try to become one with the task at hand.

Differentiate threat and challenge, because that determines which reaction you are going to choose: fight or flight. When threatened, we tend to try to get away, to run and hide, to avoid the situation. When challenged, we mobilize our resources, to prove our abilities. You can learn how to change what feels like a threat into a challenge.

The techniques used in hypnotherapy for self-confidence aim at the above outcomes, helping to develop proper attitudes, so being confident doesn"t feel like a task, but "just happens". Inner trust develops, and confidence just grows stronger with each experience.

Rejuvenation

There are many misconceptions about aging.

The genetic factor is hard to miss: We can see that dogs or cats age few times faster then we do, so the speed of aging must be somehow encoded in the genes.
People don't age at the same pace, either. - Genetics again? - Probably yes, but surely there are more contributing factors.

Most people "look fifty" when they are fifty, but most people conform to a very similar lifestyle that results in that pace of abusing their body.

Nowadays more and more people look years younger then most of the population being their calendar age. The secret is the life style: the way they use their body and the way they take care of it.

All starts with a freeing mental attitude that allows doing things in a new way, to open up to a change, and to shake off the social pressure to be like the majority at certain age. For the most part, it is expecting yourself to be certain way that takes you there.

Aging is about carrying the weight of life experiences on your shoulders, too. But you can let go of the past.

The more balanced and healthy you are on all levels, the less you age over what is genetically programmed.

Use the power of your subconscious mind to keep the quality of your life at its best!

Creativity

Creativity is about spontaneous active participation in the making of experience and reality; about introduction of new elements, forms, perspectives, ideas, harmony, qualities, compositions, and visions.

Being creative is giving yourself permission to be, allowing talents to unfold, and opening up to your creative insights. Allowing the Creative Force of the Universe to flow through you, and manifest itself with your unique touch.

The easier is your access to your subconscious potential, the more creative you are.

I think we found some more support to the above approach to creativity (came across it today, Feb., 2009). Have a look at this presentation:
