  It was with tremendous joy that I graduated as a Certified Hypnotherapist recently. The experience was fulfilling and mind-expanding.
Not many people know enough about hypnotherapy.
It is becoming an alternative to anesthetics in doctors’ and dentists’ offices.
I also went through extensive training in dealing with smoking cessation, weight loss/gain, self confidence and other issues such as nail biting.
While these were all superbly engaging and I am fortunate to have acquired the skills.
I wanted to state however, that hypnotherapy leads to and has an underlying focus of understanding the self.
